We will have one of our customer satisfaction staff contact you to discuss your request and the detail of your dissatisfaction. We will notify you within 72 hours of our discussion or receipt email on the status of your refund after our review.
Our goal is to satisfy all of our clients but if that cannot be accomplished we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, it is often a case by case determination based on the details of the service provided.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund via check to our client.
